The bill (Reg. No. 3269) suggests excluding form the List of licensing documents clause 100 regarding “Approval of petitions on subsoil use for the purpose of geological exploration, exploitation of mineral deposits of state significance and for other purposes not connected with mining operations”.

Committee members noted that “the suggested decision is not a comprehensive approach, since the abovementioned List stil includes clauses 96 and 101”.
